Griffin Davis was born in 2007 in London, England. He holds both French and British nationality. He is the son of cinematographer Ben Davis and writer-director Camille Griffin, and the grandson of cinematographer and camera operator Mike Davis,and lives with his parents and twin brothers Gilby Griffin Davis and Hardy Griffin in East Sussex.Griffin Davis began auditioning at the age of nine. He made his acting debut at the age of eleven in the 2019 satirical black comedy film Jojo Rabbit. Roman's twin brothers appear in the film as Nazi clones.
